Xiaomi Dev Tem has released an updated version of MIUI 8 for Redmi 4X (Santoni). This one has version number 8.5.4.0.NAMMIED and is available as both Recovery ROM and Fastboot ROM. This update has fixed “Screen was too dark when auto brightness was on” bug. Additionally, the reported minor bug that Music player suddenly paused has also been fixed. The MIUI 8.5 ROM for Redmi 4X is based on Android 7.1 Nougat.
