Download the required modem firmware for Xiaomi Redmi 5 Plus (codename Vince) for the Global device (MEG7) and China device (MEE7). The files with .xqcn extension are essential to fix a not-working internet connection and cellular network error due to a malfunction. These files are not flash-able via custom Recovery like TWRP. Instead, it needs the official Qualcomm Service Programming tool known as QPST Flash Tool.
