This is the flash-able zip file to install basic package of Google Apps including Play Store and Gmail on devices running Android 8.1 Oreo. This can be flashed on either Treble-enabled or not Treblized devices. Many AOSP-based custom ROMs, such as LineageOS or Resurrection Remix, do not include Gapps within its package. Hence, users need to download and do the additional installation to have Google services functionalities.
The build is available in two packages: one is for ARM devices and another one is for ARM64 devices. Please choose accordingly. You should refer to your device type and variant. However, most recent devices are generally powered with a chipset having ARM64 architecture either Qualcomm Snapdragon or MediaTek Helio.
