For your information, Xiaomi Developer Team has decided to disable third-part theme import feature previously available in the Theme Manager app. This feature, since MIUI 9.5 Globla Stable has been rolled out, has been made available only for registered Mi Designer member. Many Mi Fans have been very disappointed with this change since the registration and approval process of being a registered Designer account is very difficult.
