Google Apps for MIUI Android 7.0 Nougat (APKs)

Several Android phones do not come with Google Play pre-installed, especially those released in China. Let’s take Xiaomi phones for example. Several variants of the phone are released in two editions: the International edition with MIUI Global build and the China edition with MIUI China build. However, the MIUI China build doesn’t have Google Play and any other Google apps installed due to certain reasons. Moreover, several custom Android ROMs also don’t have Play Store installed and hence third-party installation is needed.

Here in this page you can download essential Google Apps package including Play Store, Play Services, Account Manager, and Google Services Framework. The package is for ROM based on Android 7.0 Nougat like MIUI 8. The package has been tested to work perfectly on Mi 5 and Mi 5 Pro running MIUI 8.

It may be safer to flash Open Gapps package but you’ll need custom recovery like TWRP. This package will simplify the flashing process since you only need to download the package, extract it, transfer the APK files to your phone, and install them one by one.
