Again, the main requirement to install this mod are: First, you should have a rooted Android device running Android Jellybean or above; Second, a  custom recovery such as TWRP must be installed properly which is needed to flash the zip file.

How to Flash?

Below are general steps to install ARISE Magnum Opus on your device:

Step 1 – Extract the downloaded zip file above and edit the arise_customize.prop which can be found inside getting_started/your_system/. You can use Notepad for this task.

Step 2 – You have to make some adjustment into several parameters by adding either true or false. However, the install.core parameter should be set as true. Example:

install.core=true

Step 3 – Next, scroll down and find similar lines and make adjustment according to your own need and preference. For example if you want to activate and use Viper module or Sony module then you have to set it to true. Make it “false” if you want to disable any specific modules.

Step 4 – Save it and repack all the files.

Step 5 – Transfer the ARISE mod zip to the internal storage of your phone.

Alternatively, you can transfer the downloaded .zip file into your phone earlier and then use app like SE Text Editor to edit the arise_customize.prop file.

Step 6 – Boot your device into recovery mode.

Step 7 – Select Install, navigate to the zip file and select it.

Step 8 – Swipe right to flash it (in case of TWRP Recovery). Depending on how many and which mods you have selected, this can take a little while.

Step 9 – (Optional) Assuming you have Magisk installed and you would prefer to use ARISE modules as systemless mods instead, you can similarly flash the ARISE Magisk compatibility module after the mod has been installed. However, this is an optional step.
